Some of these rules may look familiar, as I
was revising the old guild's rules, but some are new, so it would be best
for everyone if you read these and abided by them.

These are the official rules for using The Evil
Army Guild’s message boards, and on top of our rules, all Neopets rules
apply, you can be banned on the spot for breaking a Neopets rule as it
can get the whole guild frozen, so just don't do it, ok?
RULES:
1. 1337 sp34k is cool, but don't go crazy,
none of the uber crap, or it all gets deleted. understand? good! NEXT!
2. No one word posts. These just look retarded.
These will be deleted quickly.
3. No excessive cursing. Breaking this rule
can get you banned (and in some cases, frozen by Neopets.) . ‘Minor
curses’ ("hell", "damn", "sucks" are allowed as long as Neopets allows
you to) will be warned if excessive. Good rule of thumb is, if Neopets
has filtered it, don’t say it, and if Neopets hasn't it doesn't mean
they won't freeze you for it, they have been (and will always be) very
freeze happy lately, don't test them or us.
4. TYPING IN ALL CAPS IS BAD MANNERS. These
will be automatically deleted as well. You can use caps to accent SOME
words while speaking, but an entire sentence is just ridiculous. Also
keep in mind, when you do type in ALL CAPS, it is like you are yelling
at us, and we do not like yelling... bad things happen when we are yelled
at.
5. Please do not use the guild board to test
neoHTML (as your testing usually looks nasty). If you would like to
explore the wonderful world that is neoHTML, please use the Neoboards
to do so. Additionally, when using fonts, we don't appreciate INCREDIBLY
LARGE FONTS, as they tend to stretch the boards.
6. StIcKy CaPs WiLl GeT DeLeTeD. These are
just crap, so please do not use them. Thank you very much.
7. Posts must not be Spam, that means no posting
to just post (hey look I posted !!!oneone1.) they will be removed, and
you will be given a warning. Continuous use is cause for a short suspension.
Also, do not make a post simply to say how many posts you have. Trying
to increase your number of posts using pointless messages will result
in a warning and possible punishment. Also, posting more than THREE
times in a row, although, not enjoyed, is not necessarily bad, as long
as they are actual messages and not "anyone here?"-type crap.
8. RPing is cool, (i.e. *sits on you*, *does
a little dance*, etc this is okay), but don't flood the boards with
these. If you gotta finish a fight, please move to a neoboard. Got it?

9. Do not link to ANY sites on the boards
not listed. Only the following are acceptable (if you have sites you
think are acceptable, neomail
bubblebog with them and he'll add them if he wants to) Any post
using links other then these will be removed and dealt with per case.
and pretty much any other NEOPETS related
sites (as I know there are tons)
10. Don't make life harder for Guards and
Council, this is just common sense. If you pick a fight with one...
it's your own fault what happens.
(now time for the good stuff)
11. IIG!!! During the IIG almost all rules
go bye-bye, as long as your not offending someone, or posting just to
annoy or break rules just to brag, usually no one will call you on it.
Keep the IIG fun and I'm sure it'll be around a long time. (For those
who don't know, the IIG runs 8PM NST until who knows when. Click
here for more info, or just ask someone.) The IIG does have VERY
FEW rules, but they are just much more relaxed, listen to those who
run the IIG, and things will be fine, if not they are allowed to decide
how to deal with you. Also, we are to celebrate IIG Day. Unfortunately,
an exact date of the first night of IIG wasn't kept, BUT the site was
created September 21, 2003. So that will be celebrated as IIG Day. On
this day, of course, we shall have an ALL DAY IIG!!!
12. HOLIDAYS!! Yes, we will actually celebrate
major holidays with a slight change in the guild front page, and colors!!
YAY!
13. AVATARS! If an argument arises over an
avatar, this is how it is to be dealt with: If a person has a witness
showing they had the avatar first, that person gets it. If neither one
has a witness you must fight in the Battledome for it unless theres
is a 50 stat point difference in strength or hp. If there is a 50 point
stat difference then the person with the most posts gets the avatar.
The person who loses the avatar CANNOT wear it if the person who won
it isn't on. If this rule is not abided, their post will be deleted
until their avatar is changed.
These are the rules, if you do not wish to follow
them, please leave the guild. If you have any questions, feel free to
neomail bubblebog, or any other council member. Keep in mind that you
must follow these rules when neomailing us as well, or we will not respond
;)
